It is a Carbide Tipped 8mm cutter for the Domino Jointer DF 700. However, the cutter on the DF 500 is shorter than that on the DF 500.

Sized for 5/4 inch stock (1 inch milled), this cutter works on most materials. Then I made some shelf joints and a fancy picture frame. There needs to be enough traffic on the web to justify the costs of this unique and fabulous tool.
I got a good deal on Festool. It took about 3 weeks but that's okay.
This is a great piece, but 61 bucks is pretty outrageous Holbren sells the CMT ones for just over twenty dollars.
The expected result is achieved.
The original software works just as well as this program. As a result of drilling into a nail, I had to replace it. Don't make the same mistake I did, or you'll spend a lot of money.
A great piece of equipment you've got to love, Festool's.
This is a great product. It is smith and cut precisely.
