The Brad point bits finally won me over, so I ordered them. These are well worth the investment if you are able to pay for them. Compared to my old cheap set, they are SO much better. It's time for me to get rid of my cheap drill bits and get a set of Viking bits.

The set of bits is a great value for the price

These bits are much better than the bit sets that are more expensive. The holes are very accurate and don't tear out at all, with no wobble at all. Aside from that, the smaller bits (under 1/8”) are actually brads with a tip, which is different from others. It is a fair price to pay for them since they are well worth it.

The bits that are good are pretty good

While tight drill press tolerances are needed to take full advantage of the bits you pay for, I found that these bits have the least runout I have ever seen from any of the lesser expensive bits I have seen. Only if they offered them in a full index of 64th increments would they be more useful to me. This is definitely not a regret.
