Amana Tool - 46202-K Solid Carbide Spektra Extreme Tool Life Coated Spiral Plunge 1/4 Dia

I've had six of these break so far. Today I spoke with tools for a while, and they informed me that I was going too slowly. When I did what was suggested, the bits began to crack almost immediately. Then he told me to get in touch with Amana. I called twice, and Amana took my information and never returned my call. I've been trying to reach out to Amana for over a month and have yet to receive a call or an email.

I am a frugal individual. I despise overpriced bits, but I adore this one. br>br>I have two CNC machines and use it to cut acrylic, wood, and mdf. It's by far the best bit I've used for this, and the price isn't too bad either. br>br>I'd highly recommend it.

I use this bit with a CNC machine that spins at around 20,000 rpms, and it has gone through more than twice as much material as a standard bit. It is well worth the additional cost.
