This Milwaukee auger bit extension looked well-made and worked well with Milwaukee auger bits despite being manufactured in China. You should note, however, that the diameter of the connection collar is 1 1/8 inches. As a result, it will only work with bits larger than that. The 1 1/8 inch bit I use when installing romex electrical wiring through studs is 1 1/8 inch. There is a tight fit to push the collar of this extension through the hole you just created (this is needed when you have to go through three 2X4 studs and the bit will not work by itself). In order to push the extension collar through, you may wish to back the bit out and clean and widen the hole first. As far as bits over 1 1/8 inch are concerned, this is not an Thank you, Ron, I hope this helps you.
For ice fishing, I use it on my K drill. Just ensure you have the latest model drill with a hexagonal bit.
I have no problems with it. I have no problem releasing my hole saws when the time comes.
If you are in the plumbing industry, you drill a lot. It is far more convenient than a set screw. Bits are swapped in less than two seconds. If you are a contractor, you need this.
Having the right tool when it is.
Description of the product is accurate.
My holesaw extension is perfect for any electrician who has to cut through walls or tight spaces. Milwaukee is the brand to choose.
