The shaft is slid into place. doohickie is a word that comes to mind when I think of the word That's what the dremels come with when it comes to flap discs. The four-pronged device is tightened by a 1/8-inch hole in the screw-on cap. They don't have the same screw-on head as cut-off wheels. I sincerely hope I was of assistance.

However, I discovered that the quality was inconsistent. While sanding, some of them wore down at a steady rate, and I had some of the flaps fly off while sanding. Thankfully, I was wearing goggles and a mask to protect my eyes.
The construction is of high quality. The sandpaper grit is a true 80 grit, and the shaft is well balanced. If you don't sand too hard on the surface you're working on, they'll last a long time. Allowing the tool to do the work will extend the life of the grit. When these are no longer useful, I'll place another order. I've tried other brands and they don't sand as well as this one. For another project I'm working on, I'm going to get a finer grit for Dophee.
I didn't read the "only on slow speed review," but I should have, because I was using my dremel on high speed to remove the product, and Home Depot was out of factory dremel flap bits, so I bought these. One of the flap heads flew away at a high rate. I gave it another shot. The flaps began to fly off the table. I had no intention of trying anything else. If you need to use it like a factory dremel, it's a junk product, but it's usable. I'm extra p'd because I spent $19 overnighting these. On my project, I used 15 dremel bits and wore them down to nothing with no problems at all while running them at high speeds.
Trash. Within 5 minutes, I began to lose flaps. When those things fly away, it hurts. Use an adjustable-speed rotary tool because it can only be used at lower speeds.
It's exactly what I was looking for, at a great price, and it does the job. When I need something, I'll buy it from this seller.
These appear to be solidly constructed. Fits perfectly in my Dremel. I have yet to put it to use. I don't think there will be any issues with the quality.

These flap wheels perform admirably, and the cost was reasonable. They are very similar to the flap wheels sold under the brand name.
