It's incredible, and the product even includes free dents!.
It's not even the rolling box I ordered; it was supposed to be red to match my top box, but it's black and made of less expensive sheet metal.

The screws required for the handle's installation were missing. When I asked for the screws, I was given the runaround. The top of his chest had been dented, and the corners had been crushed. I only needed the screws for the handle, which I couldn't find.
My package was damaged when it arrived. The sides were twisted and shattered. The latch on the top door was not working. Was a huge let down.
This toolbox is well-made. Unfortunately, it was dented when it arrived. Fortunately, the dents don't appear to be affecting the drawers' functionality or the toolbox's structural integrity. I'd return it, but it's way too heavy for me. To get it, I had to destroy the cardboard box, which was when I noticed the dent.
Specially designed for dents and dings. The foam was unharmed, but the chest was severely dented in several areas. Is there something unique about this dent and ding? Although it is only a tool chest, I had to use a mallet to pound the dents out. I'll never buy from this seller again, and I'm requesting a partial refund because I need the chest right now, and it's not worth the hassle of returning it for another dented one. I could have bought it for a lot less at Lowe's, but I decided that the extra cost was worth not having to deal with the store during covid. Wrong. I should have done my homework and read the reviews first. We already knew Craftsman was good, but who'd have guessed a shipping company would beat the crap out of it?.
After my Craftsman box, which I'd had for 30 years, finally overflowed, I purchased this. br>Even though Craftsman is no longer a Sears brand, the quality remains high. The drawers are made of solid metal and have a high quality finish. br>My only criticism is that: They come with soft drawer lining material, which is nice, but there isn't enough to line all of the drawers, so you'll have to buy more if you want all of them lined.
