Akro- To prevent spills, Mils 30240 Plastic Storage Stacking Hanging Akro Bin has a plastic front cover?

They don't have a front cover, which I forgot to mention earlier. You can still reach in and get your tools, nails, screws, papers, and other items when they're stacked. Is this something you use for liquids? I wouldn't do it.
