Having spent eight years working as an electrician, I have a solid track record. My reason for giving it four stars was that it had a small defect in the bolt where the chain is held, causing it to almost slip out of place, but other than that it was perfect for screwing or tightening pipes up to 4 " in thickness. This is a perfect buy for the price.
