This product is worth every penny, according to me.
The second time. A 7/64 T Handle Hex Key and a 25/64 T Handle Hex Key were provided to me. This part is missing the 9/64 T handle. The only thing I thought was that it was a one-star I returned the item for a replacement since it was off packaging. There was a problem with the second set as well! In order to return the second set, I had to call Amazon and get special dispensation. Despite that, I would still like to purchase this set, however I do not want to order it again through Amazon and cannot locate it It seems that this problem has been around for a while now, since other reviewers have pointed this out. We sure wish there was a way to contact Klein and ask them to fix the problem with the packaging. Rather than use Klein, I've turned to other brands, which is unfortunate because I own and love both Klein's metric and torx sets.
It's great to have these. I am an ex-electrician and I work on several different things, from computers to cars. They may be a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is superb and goes a long way towards making up for that. I really like how the tool itself works and it holds the fasteners very It has a ball end tip that allows for a little bit of room to move if the fastener is not directly aligned. I have experienced the most outstanding quality and craftsmanship in the construction of these knives. It's far surpassed anything I've seen or used previously. Klein tools are simple to use, well designed, and come with a nice stand that holds the instruments without causing them to fall over, including on work benches that are banged around and shaken when using the vice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is a KLEIN tool so I expect that the quality of the steel will be excellent. The tools are well-made and fit and finish well. They have not been used in a high torque application yet, so I cannot say whether they will perform as well as other (American made) sets. This set appears to be of decent quality, but it is not pristine. It is packed in a box without any insert to keep it in a presentable state. It is because of this that the writing on the stand gets scratched off. This is surprising how often the tools do not get bent.
