Moen, thanks for the kind words. Even after digging through hundreds of Allen wrenches I had in every tool box I own, I couldn't find the one that would fit the set screw on my Moen shower handle. I just needed to tighten the handle on the valve, but I spent two days trying to get the On/Off handle off until I found the magic size on the Moen website. I ordered it from Amazon and received it the The handle was removed two minutes later, and 30 seconds later the valve was tightened and miraculously the drip stopped. The handle has now been reinstalled, and it is rock-solid. How many moens are there in a 64-bit processor? It's been great working with you.

Even though the product I received was a bit bigger than I initially expected, the price was right. As much as I wanted to pass it up, I couldn't. A very good quality tool, but the length of it is almost 7" when it is listed as 6". Originally, I planned on tightening a bolt on an awkward bed post with it, but a few extra inches make it impossible to work there. It was a 4 star rating since I was able to get a refund from the seller.
