The product is great, but the directions are awful

I got this machine because it is extremely well built. There were cheaper ones, but this name brand builds high quality equipment so I bought it. Although there are no instructions for loading tapes, it makes sense to test YouTube is thrown in for good measure. Nonetheless, we were able to figure it out and now it works perfectly. We have been working on getting the mud mixed correctly and experimenting with ways to run tape through it.

The product works fine, but I had no idea there was a difference between wet tape banjos and dry tape banjos. If you had been expecting the dry tape banjo, the wet tape banjo is messy.
