Questions & Answers

Is it big enough to fit a buck 110?

It will, in my opinion, only hold the small Buck 110, not the medium, and certainly not the large Buck 110. It closes to fit knives up to 4" long. 1/4" thick x 1 1/4" wide

Is there any chance of getting a spot on the lift hip?

You can wear it on your left hip with no problem. However, keep in mind that the tooling is designed to wear on the right side. However, if you contact the vendor and make a specific request, they are extremely responsive; so reach out and ask, and give them the opportunity to say yes. I did, and I wear several different versions of this sheath on a regular basis.

Is this sheath compatible with the Buck 112 pocket knife?

Yes, that is ideal. I bought a bunch of them and use them for buck 110s and trappers.

Is there any way to get a model for the right side?

They're ambidextrous, to be sure. Both sides have been tooled.

Every single day, every single day, every single day, every single day, every single day, every A Trapper pattern knife is one of my favorites, and I have several of them
5/5

I can put them in a nice sheath like this as a business professional. I purchased this sheath and am very pleased with it. When I contacted the seller to inquire about a version of this sheath, they responded quickly with "Yes!" ", as well as how to place an order to get exactly what I wanted. I desired a smooth black version. I hadn't even thought about the stitching until now. It was exactly what I was looking for (non-alcoholic). My sheath turned out beautifully (tooled, dyed black) with the exception of the contrast white stitching! I wear one of my many Top Hand Gear sheaths every day, and I mean it, and nobody has ever told me anything but a great product at a great price with great customer service. br>Update: the 12th of December 2018 For Christmas, I've placed an order for a sheath for a friend. I chose a Top Hand Gear sheath for them because I knew it would be high quality at a great price, and I enjoy "buying Texan. " As a result, I not only recommend them, but I also purchase them and give them as gifts.

Excellent Product - Questions have been answered
5/5

Great product, but some questions in the product description should be answered. 1. br>br> When it arrived, it was extremely tight, so I soaked it in hot water for a few minutes before inserting my multi tool. Play around with it to make the opening bigger. Allow time for it to dry. Yes, a multi-tool will do the trick.
2. The photo does not show that it is tooled on both sides (mine was), so it will fit either side. br>3. I used several coats of "Skidmore's leather cream" after the pouch had dried. It became softer and darker as a result of this. It's what I use on all of my leather goods. br>br>It's a little pricey, but it's another well-made American product. br>br>I frequently switch knives and go out to purchase another.

Excellent sheath, with more color saturation than shown in the display photos
5/5

This is a great sheath for your Buck Knife or other similar-sized knife. Pocketknives of various sizes are available. It is a perfect fit for my Buck 112 Ranger. The leather has a stronger color, resembling a light reddish-brown. Compared to the seller's photos, the clay is a darker brown. It appears to be better than it appears in the advertisements, in my opinion. br>br>Like others have stated, it is a very hard leather, but that is exactly what you want in terms of durability. My recommendation is to use your fingers to open the insert and push the knife all the way in, then bake it for an hour at 200°F. When you take it out after an hour, let it cool down, and then you can easily take your knife out and back in because the leather has been sculpted to the size and shape of your knife rather than tightening back up to its manufactured state. br>br>Keep in mind that the way you put your knife into the sheath should match the way you take it out for use — for most people, that's with the handle in your palm and the blade pivoting downward; the blade is opposite your palm and opens downward and away from your hand. Just a tip before you try fitting your knife into the sheath, because you could accidentally get it backwards and if you change how you put it into the sheath later on, it could.

This holster is outstanding
5/5

Second trapper holster I've purchased; the first was excellent, and the second is a perfect fit after a little break-in. Work the knife in and out to break it in, then put it in, work it around a bit, and store it in it for a couple of days and you'll have a very nice, custom made holster. If I had a complaint, it would be that there aren't any other holsters available that I could use. I'd buy it again, and most likely will.

5/5

This was a gift for my adult son, and he has used it almost every day at work since receiving it. It's really held up well, and he's had it for a long time (almost a year!). I already know where I'll go if I ever need another! This is an incredible product, and you will not be disappointed if you buy from this seller!.

AN EXCELLENT PIECE! It was a lot nicer than I had anticipated! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, HOW TO FORM FIT IT TO YOUR KNIFE: br>br>HOW TO FORM FIT IT TO YOUR KNIFE: br>br>HOW TO FORM FIT IT TO YOUR KNI
1. Separate the layers with a butter knife until you can get your knife in.
2. Pour a small amount of water over your knife once it's in the position you want it (be careful not to get any on the inside or your knife will rot)br>3. Leave the knife in for 24 hours and then work the wet leather around the knife's edges by hand. br>4. Repeat as needed, making sure your knife is snugly fitted. br>5. IT'S ALL SET TO GO! 😁.

It holds a Buck 110 and works perfectly
5/5

The stitching is excellent, and the tooling appears to be handcrafted. All- All in all, it appears to be a well-made knife sheath. This sheath was purchased to be used with a Buck 110. The knife was initially a tight fit, but after some time, the sheath loosened up - It's still a tight fit, which is fantastic. I don't have to worry about the knife falling out of the sheath because it's very comfortable.

Bulky to the point of being obnoxious
3/5

Disappointed because it appears to be molded in the advertisement, but it isn't really thick leather on both sides, making it difficult to mold to the knife and bulky on the belt. br>Nice stitch work and pattern stamping.
