Questions & Answers

Does this tool work to shave a hard to open door?

The most important thing for me is I'm handy, but not very good at it In this case, it was an excellent (The door must be taken off the hinges even after sanding blocks have been tried for hours on end). We were able to complete the job in 5 minutes with the door on the hinges using this tool!

What happens if the clay isn't fired before it's used?

My name is Nita, and I am able to answer this question! My only use for it is to check my email! It is also sometimes used to create designs on leather hard clay

Does anyone use this to trim goat [or other animal's] I appreciate it! ?

A 21-day trial is not recommended It would be best to use 115 for this type of application since it is designed to work with

Does anyone use this to trim goat [or other animal's] I appreciate it! ?

As far as I know, I haven't. Although this tool performs much better than a rasp on any surface I have used it on, I have used a rasp on hooves in the past. On hooves, I believe it will be effective. You should be aware of the following There are some blades that are sharp and good to use Not all of them are

Hoofs of goats benefit from this product
5/5

Most people use this tool for shaping wood or Bondo, but I purchased it so that I could shape the hooves of my goats. I lightly trim their hooves with hoof shears, I use this tool to soften and clean up the edges of their hooves in order to allow me to trim them again. Using this product to remove rough spots and imperfections when working with Bondo Body Filler was a great experience for me.

The first five out of ten are zeros I do not recommend it
3/5

-I used to have a black one- The handle shaver on the left had served me well over the On the day I broke the blade, I knew I was going to replace it. I'd say that's the orange-colored one Took care of the right one. If you look closely at the yellow circles, you'll learn that the metal blade failed to enclose As a result, you're left with a really nasty jagged edge running down one side, which leaves a line in whatever you're working with. It's weird to think that "old black" was made in the U. S. It is generally a good idea to procure items made in England when possible. The item is too cheap to even bother returning it, so either I will send it to the landfill or I will hang it on a nail so that when I die, my kids can get to hate it.

Keeping foam and wood in shape requires a good rasp
5/5

This rasp has a nice ergonomic angle, is very lightweight and easy to use over long periods of time. The blades arrived very sharp and have held that sharpness for a long time. It is also very easy to use, and makes shaping foam, wood, etc. much easier. use this rasp to shape foam, it works very well to hold a straight, light line, or to gouge deeply into a solid block of foam I recommend it.

The packaging of this product is stupid
4/5

I may be stupid, but it seems like before you can even use this shaver, you have to remove the blade in order to free the shaver from the paperboard which is stuck in between the blade and the plastic tool, then you have to replace the blade. My first concern is not cutting myself, and my second concern is not flimsy as I think it is. I don't want to run the risk of tearing the tool or stretching the catch on the blade, so that it won't fit correctly when reattached. That's so funny. A quick update I used it, and the blade fell off quickly along with the paperboard. My blade was properly reattached when I screwed it back on. Compared to my older model, I was blown away by its shaving power once I put in some effort. A razor was used to shave down my shed door so it could close, and it is still intact and the blade is on it. Definitely worth the added cost.

I shaved the spikes off of the Have you ever seen a soft ice cream cone with a little curl on the If it only went halfway around and was sharp as a giant stone cat claw, you can imagine how frightening and discouraging it would be
5/5

If you imagine hundreds of these on a hand made shell that has to be rotated on the spot while the object inside dries, you begin to see the complexity of this process. In that case, I am in the same position as you. Due to the rotation of this thing, I ended up with bloody stumps. This shaver thingy had me in a bind until I bought it! I had no problem running this all over the shell since all the sharp spikes came off in less than a minute! A small part of the grater would pop away from time-to-time, but it snapped right back on after a few moments It just kept on Since I can handle the mold shell without any difficulty, I can now work on the mold shell easily.

Their past is not what it once was
4/5

To replace a tool I've owned for almost 40 years, I bought this one. The cutter is the same, which was crucial for me since I already have a dozen of them. I do not like the new er body of the new model as much as the old one. The new one works, but I don't expect it to last as long as my old one, which I found after this new.

Small jobs are no problem for this tool
5/5

If you realize that, however, it is not a professional tool and was not intended for anything other than small, very small jobs, then it is a great little tool for the price. As it stands, the Ikea bed frame is beginning to sag a little at the center. Two drawers are located on the desk, and the sagging frame is making the drawers difficult to open. There isn't much difference between these two little guys, just small enough to get under the frame and good enough to shave off some material so that the drawers pass. Just remember to use a small and cheap This is not a good option for a job that requires a good finish, or for a job that is large.

Packages with dangerous contents can be difficult to handle for novices
3/5

All around this item is cardboard, and the inside blade is razor sharp enough to slice through human In the process of ripping out all the cardboard, I needed a pen to poke holes in the cardboard around the blade, when the blade flew off the handle with the remaining cardboard. Both ends of the blade are not easy to replace. I had to use a screw driver and bend it back into place to reattach the blade. Certainly you get shavings, and the blade is not the best, but the person who posted the image was right 100 percent of the time. Remove cardboard simply by throwing it away.
