I really like the way this works. There is much less mess to clean up and the results are good. It was the same for my fingers, my countertop, and my
The best way to fill the gap is to use a product that can fill it 100% and leave you with little Despite that, the new job is easier to clean and more convenient than my last one.

The caulking tool is safer to use, does what it says it does, and it doesn't have to be too technical. Caulk comes off easily and is liable to level out effectively. A useful tool that is easy to use, and reduces the amount of tools you need to reach for instead of relying on.
Metal edges enable the device to last longer than plastic and are much more durable. The product does exactly what it says on the box.
This is a necessity for DIYers. A great tool for getting things done.
Despite the metal edge being the best part, it still has a soft feel. I made a grave mistake by using plastic for the scraper. Plastic is not as useful as it could be. It should have been designed with a durable metal edge, or even with a standard interchangeable razor blade. It should be easier to lock the smoothing edge in and out of place because it is too easy to accidentally slip it while changing the shape. Depending on your needs, the smoothing edge may work well, but you could also find a cheap one that does the same thing for much less money. The $20 price is too high. The price for this item would not exceed $15. In an ideal world, it would only be.
While using other tools I found at Home Depot to be messy and not effective, when I used this tool the caulking came off like I had told it it would after I had promised it desert. There were a few bits of mess that were left behind from my previous attempt, but I cleaned it up easily. Heck, I used the applicator backwards when applying the new caulking and it worked just fine.
I was able to save an hour of work from my previous attempts with this tool. Can't think of a better day. One downside to this is that if you're not careful you can hurt your hand on the metal parts. You should always keep an eye on where your hand is in relation to the blades.
It's a pretty basic tool, but it does the job it's supposed to.
A handyman company I own has removed and reapplied caulk to a number of bathtubs, kitchen backsplashes, and bathroom floors. saw the tool for the first time, I equated it to a Swiss army knife for caulk removal and application. But because the device is too lightweight for real-world use and doesn't fit my hand very well, I did not enjoy using it as much. As a result, I returned the unit and would not recommend it.
