The two items were both damaged when they arrived

If you have things that work, they are great. It is unfortunate that both of mine were damaged in transit. As well, they were packaged with another heavy item that contained no packing materials. I tried contacting Stanley tools by going through the online reporting process, but I ran into an error on their website when I was uploading everything. I understand I have to call them between 8 and 5.

The Stanley surform blade broke the first time it was used

The rasp went in the plane, and I was rasping away after about five to ten strokes, when it broke on the end of the plane. I had to put it back in so I could keep working because the one it replaced was getting dull, so I had to put it back in.

Buying is not a good idea! I would not buy from this seller First time I used it, it broke in 5 minutes! Moreover, I was late for my appointment! A refund request is being made!
