Upon picking it up, I felt like I was struck by a lightning bolt and I look like Chris Hemsworth now. 5. 0 out of 5.
So I broke up some wood my wife wanted me to break, so I pulled out the sledgehammer and did the responsible thing. While I used it to replace my workout, I went searching for more objects to hit with it, which led me to buy a hammer to add to my workout routine. Still, it does exactly what it was designed to do - it is still excellent for the purpose it was made for. As far as I am concerned, "Me smash stuff" is 10/10, but one brilliant side benefit is that it burns calories the way you go.
It's small, rugged and very comfortable to pick up, but if it weren't for the heavy chuck of steel at the end, it would be perfect. If you are looking for a way to rip something to pieces, this is the tool for you. Built this thing and took down a 100ft concrete and cinder block wall. The strap did not come loose or get Great quality from what I've seen so far. The one that is $10 cheaper at that discount tool store looks like it is of lower quality than this Craftsman hammer. But I saw it in person and it's definitely lower quality than this one.
