If you can bend the steel in place, that would be helpful. In order to 90 degrees field bend some #4 bar extending vertically from a previous concrete pour, we need to leave them vertical. ?

It is true. Here, a grade of 60 is the minimum and had issues with breaking. A hand bender, however, did not have this issue. As a result of CCTI, the radius is tighter

Can you tell me what the replacement jaw blade number and price are, and how many cuts per set do you get on average?

There is no cutting of rebar with this model, it simply bends the mesh.

What is the purpose of using this for a long period of time? I've been using an angle bender to fabricate everything from bands to angles. I work 10 hours/ 6 days a week. ?

My ICF foundation has not skipped a beat as I have completed 2 courses back to back. All I can say about it is good. Using it has been a seamless experience and has taken care of both of my tasks. believe that, like anything you take care of, it should work continuously if you take good care of it.

Rebar bender that is not up to the job

The last time I bought this was about 5 mouths The tool will snap at the bend when I bend #5 rebar I am very disappointed and when you explain to me why it did this I will appreciate it very much.

I found it to be great, and it saved me a lot of money

This method saved me a lot of labor and kept my 62 year-old back from straining too much. This bender and this cutter are designed to be used together in an assembly line. We worked on a table top underneath a shade tent and over 2 tons of rebar was hardly noticeable as we were busy. This is a highly recommended read.
