Yes, Wilton clamps are available for purchase, and they are made in the United States.
It used to be batches from the United States, and you had to specifically request that it be made in the United States. Now it's all china crap; mine was a little bent, but I had a wrench on the t handle.
I double-checked my order and took a measurement of my clamp. It is 6".

THE QUALITY IS GARBAGE. WE NEED TO LET THESE SELLOUTS KNOW TO BRING BACK THE TOOL MFG. br>I HAVE A 27 YEAR OLD IRWIN CLAMP SET THAT WAS MADE IN THE USA. IT WOULD PROBABLY LAST 100 YEARS THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE WOULDN'T LAST A YEAR WHAT A SHAME.
These clamps appear to have been made in a Chinese foundry that specializes in mining and farm machinery. The tolerances are ridiculously loose. Before shipping, no one even checks to see if the shafts turn. I was able to get the shafts to turn with enough lubrication that only a factor of ten variation in pressure is required as various burrs move through the lower bore. On the plus side, they're substantial and hold up well. Thankfully, I won't have to make many changes. These will be inconvenient to use if you frequently switch between thin and thick materials.
I can get into tight spaces with this Irwin C Clamp because of its well-defined shape. The screwing action has a powerful impact. straight. Under heavy screwing loads, the end is firm but flexible, and the tip is well developed and beefy. In comparison to other people, it is quite large. I bought two of the six. clamps with an inch diameter Despite the fact that it was wrapped in plastic - and- bubble wrap, the blue paint had chipped in some places. I'll have to keep an eye on those areas for rust, but the paint won't stop them from working. They're fairly square in shape. They carry out their duties effectively. After testing one clamp, I tried to move it with about 200 pounds of force, but it stayed put. It's always a good idea to use a 1/4 or 1/2 inch scrap block on either side of a wood clamp to distribute the force and absorb any clamp imprint; this is one of the reasons I prefer larger clamps. This also helps if there are any irregularities in the squareness of the tiles (though mine appear to be fine).
I'm a big fan of Irwin and have several of their products. Irwin is known for his high-quality products, and these are no exception. Excellent clamps that are simple to use and do the job. I'm only giving it four stars because the coating has chipped in several places, as has been mentioned by others. It's not a huge deal, but it gives the impression that the item has been used or abused before you get it. Does it have an impact on performance? No. Is it really that important that you have a nice c-? clamp? No.
I bought two 6-packs of cigarettes. Irwin C- inch Irwin C- inch Irwin C- inch I clamps. One of them was particularly successful. The screw on the other was broken, and it wouldn't turn smoothly through the clamp's bottom. Unfortunately, I had to return both clamps in order to receive a refund. I then bought 8-packs of 8-packs of 8-packs of 8 Jorgensen C- inch Pony Jorgensen They're Amazon clamps, and they're great.
The acme threaded screw is chrome-plated for a low price. It will start to flake off as soon as it is plated. Without using "cheaters" or external tools to apply additional leverage on the clamping acme screw, the clamp's "C" body is also relatively easy to bend. I've learned my lesson and will never use low-cost Chinese clamps again.
