No support has been provided. There is no customer service, so a 3 star rating is the best you can give. Every letter A&B should be written I use springtools with the person I work with. The springs on 1/3 of the cars are bent or worn out. Myself and every other member of the team have reached out to purchase replacement/spare springs without any response. In future, I will not spend such a large amount on disposable goods.

It stinks that the box is good, but the tools are excellent

This was one of the two items I received It was a broken case for both of them. The broken clip on one caused the tools to move around each other in shipping, and the broken corner on the other was the result of shipping. These tools themselves are great and make finishing so easy that you do not have to damage finished wood or your fingers. If you need to hammer a blind nail or any other point as needed, you will not have to damage the wood or your fingers.

Better for work that requires fewer hands and more precision This is not so good for materials with higher hardness

Hard components are not as well suited to these, but soft components are. Cold chisels work well for cutting through rivet heads and the punches work well for bursting rivet centers. Be careful not to pull back the striker too far after you are done removing a rivet. I bent the spring on the chisel while removing a rivet. To cut pilot holes for proximity sensors (1/16" steel), I tried to use the punches to put pilot holes into my bumpers. But they were unable to When I did that job, I used a traditional punch and hammer. The punches would work well for punching through thin sheets of If you have small dents on the body of your vehicle, the hammer will probably work well, but not if you have dents on the bumper. Briefly, these tools are better suited to lighter and more precise tasks.

UPS has delivered a lot of my items that I bought from Amazon and UPS delivered a lot of them. There is some reason and I have no idea why it was returned to sender, undeliverable? Despite my fumble, Tool Emporium was able to get it out to me as soon as I emailed them. They picked up the pieces and delivered it around the same time I asked for it. The Tool Emporium is to be thanked. I like this tool, it is easy to use, durable and includes a lot of features.
