When and how do they get ?

In the old-school method, we use a plaster trowel and hawlk to plaster out all the holes with compound (we use 45 minutes to make it faster) and use 3 sizes starting with 18" then 24" and when needed a 32" and build up the depth. If you apply the compound and drag the blade across the material like you would a rock trowel, eventually the end result will be a smooth finish that won't need sanding in the future. Since Mike is out here in Panama City, we have found that reconnecting old with new and correcting movement in a house after a storm saves us time and money when fixing houses that have been damaged. It is great to have this new tool available for professionals

The tool has been designed ergonomically to be very useful. During a commercial construction project, I purchased several rolls of skim coating for very large walls. There is a slight difference between the blade and what I pictured but you can easily fix this by thinning your mud a little more before cutting. Thank you for the purchase. I am extremely satisfied with it.

Dewalt charges more for these knives despite the fact that they are exactly the same as Level 5 knives

They are both identical brands that I have. Dewalt is my product of choice, but Level 5 has performed the exact same and I love their products as well.
