The masking tape I use for painting does not suit me. The blood always bleeds under the edges. If the wound had been on concrete, it would have been more severe. Additionally, I think that other special tapes, like Frog tape and such, would also bleed on concrete due to its rough surface. It takes me a lot of time to paint straight lines using tape instead of a raised straight edge, but I am an artist, so I always use a raised straight edge when painting straight lines.
In terms of adhesion, it has worked on plaster walls, drywall, wood, flat and latex painted walls previously. There's nothing special about this tape it's just masking tape like any other. The blue sticks to your hands, but is much more paper like when you tear it. The blue and green papers rip almost as if they were rubber.

It was time for me to paint all the baseboards in the house, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money buying blue tape. There are some reviews that claim this tape does not adhere well. Why I have seen any negative effects from this inch and a half tape is beyond me.
