A sticky substance, but not the kind you would see on duct tape.
The wrap is just a piece of pvc from the Pacific
Corrugated 4" drain pipes were used at the joints and the buried black iron gas pipe was completely wrapped with it. There is a good bond between the two Besides stretching and conforming reasonably well, it is also relatively pliable. After six months of being buried, the drain pipe system does not appear to be leaking. Because it follows a "turn-up" design, it holds water after it rains. It is only a matter of time before we know how well the black iron pipe will protect itself from corrosion.
I think the tape can be handled quite easily.

The product description indicates that it is not suitable for children. The glowimg tape is very difficult to deal with, according to the reviews. It has the feel of brittle mylar tape that easily tears and shreds The strip is falling off the roll as it tries to be unrolled. Plastic tape which is very rigid and thin. The tape does not give or stretch. It is possible sometimes that there are blank places where there is no adhesive, which can be quite a challenge depending on the job. The blank areas on the tape are especially disconcerting to me if I cannot find them. You definitely cannot tear this brittle plastic tape by hand. It adheres very well but often folds back on itself & burns your hands when you remove it. This is a difficult item At about 1/3 of the way into the roll, I encounter irregular bumps on the tape that make it almost impossible to unwind it without tearing it. Often, this tape will develop streaks on the roll and may tear This does not streach in any way. The time spent picking out the streak tears as the roll was being rolled was wasted. This seems to be a poorly made watch. It is impossible to contact the client team at a supplier. Having said that, here's the bottom line Achieves a perfect score of 1*.
As a result, I used about one roll of this material to secure underground pipe drains, connectors, adapters, downspouts, drainage fabric, etc. I used about half a roll to install three dry wells, about six 8-foot lengths. It would aid in reducing seepage that might occur following ground shifting (such as earthquakes), as it would fit on a larger scale with the drainage piping and fabric around each well. This kind of waterproof tape was recommended by several drainage experts on a more serious level. This helps keep the underground drainage firmly in place during installation and handling as well.
Clearly a professionally wrapped gift.
Although I bought this tape in December 2015, I only used it in There is no need to look elsewhere! My borehole solar pump is working great after I used this tape to bind the underwater cable, safety rope, and drop pipe together. The underground plumbing in my home had a leak on one of the pipes, and I used two layers of tape to cover the leak, and after one week there were no leaks (I am not suggesting this as a cure for drippy pipes). Consequently, I put the plumbing in the ground with full It was just the right width and length for my application, and the 100' length was enough for me to apply 4 wraps every 3-8 feet. I received the item on time and it was packaged very professionally and attractively.
I overlaid the tape by 3/16 to 1/4 inch and there is still some left on the roll after using those measurements. Sticky and pliable, tape affixes well and stretches to form an excellent bond. I would definitely buy from them.
I found it to be easy to use and has proven to be reliable. As of now I do not know how long it will last since I've only used it for about a month.
The product works well. It's a bit less adhesive than I would prefer, but it works for the job. If you are not looking forward to traveling an hour to a big box store, this is a good alternative.
Good product, works well on pvc pipe to prevent freezing. However, due to the nature of the material, the sun doesn't dry it, causing it to peel after a year.
