I'm not sure what you're talking about with the core size, but it's ridiculously small. Like a charging cable for an iPhone
It holds one of each size at a time and comes with a small core spindle if you have that size as well. I got mine on Amazon.br>
Selected User Reviews For Selizo 5 Pack Heat Tape Hight Temp Tape Sublimation Heat Resistant Temperature Tape for Vinyl Heat Press
Residue has never been an issue for me! I would strongly suggest it. Finding the end of the tape roll can be difficult, but that is true of any tape, in my opinion!.
It emits an obnoxious odor that pervades my entire residence. br>I aired out my house, which filled it with the same foul odor. br>The best I can come up with is the smell of a dead animal in formaldehyde.
When it first arrived, I mistook it for three identical rolls due to the packaging. However, it was exactly what I had ordered and was listed on the website. br>br>If you need to meld the heat tape around curved shapes, the thickness is ideal. It has a slight stretch to it, which I find to be ideal. Until you apply heat, the adhesion is excellent. When the pressure on a heat press is released, the tape lifts off the substrate. As soon as heat is applied to a convection oven, the heat starts to rise. There is also only a small amount of tape on the roll itself.
When it is delivered, it appears that there are only three rolls; however, you must separate the rolls to find all five. I've seen a lot of negative reviews claiming only 3 rolls; did you look at the 3 rolls closely to see if the indentations were coming apart?.
Under heat, this tape maintains its adhesion well. It's what I'm using to secure my thermistor to my 3D printer's heat bed. Temperatures can reach 70 degrees Celsius in the summer.
I must say that for what it does, it is an excellent product; however, I wish it had better adhesion to fabrics such as polyester and cotton. Aside from that, I'm impressed with the heat resistance and ease with which it can be removed once I'm done with it. I'm glad I got the extra rolls to avoid running out.
I ordered a package of five and received three exactly as described and shown in the picture.
It's just the way it's packaged that's the problem. They combine the thin and medium-sized rolls to make it appear as if you are receiving the incorrect product: Please accept my apologies; I was planning on giving it a one-star rating until I read some other reviews.
