The exact purpose of my use of it was that. Taking the doors off and laying them flat would be preferable. Following the instructions and using a generous amount of genorus is recommended. Besides using a spray can for primer, I painted with acrylic paint.
This tool was recommended to me, but I have yet to use it. It is intended for preparing previously finished surfaces for new finishes (paint, etc.) without having to sand. I am using it to prepare old stains and varnishes for refinishing. In your email, you mentioned that you wanted to glaze your wood cabinets. Glaze products are typically applied to painted surfaces that are compatible with the glaze, so I am not sure if you plan to glaze your cabinet straight over the wood without first painting it. You may want to try out your application in a small area of the interior
My finish did not appear milky or cloudy after using this deglosser, however I did notice that it was dull. During my recent renovation I used cabinets dating back as far as the early 1990s and from the early 1960s. Each cabinet is made of wood and is finished in a clear coat.
The directions say to use it as instructed. I like how this works. In my kitchen, this product was used to make all the cabinets.

It turned out that this stuff was just what I needed to chemically sand the semi-finished pieces I was working on. I bought it because of the positive reviews I saw on the internet. I have moved from matte finish to gloss finish and paint as my Exactly what was written in the instructions was followed. Then, after I had washed the cabinets as instructed, I added extra measures to clean them by wiping them with 99% alcohol. Let me dry that out.
After the first coat of Klean-it (I did not cook during that time), I applied the second coat You are stripping. After the second coat, apply a third. In a lavish manner, as people had It did not appear that either application would create a chemical reaction. A third application is applied and a Heavy Duty scrub pad is used. There is nothing. This is true. The container was sniffed. There is nothing. I did not detect any chemical odors In light of the many positive reviews, I am only able to conclude that what I received is NOT the product chemical compound solution, but rather a substitute/fraud Customer Return that was Knock on the door of the vendor What's going on? If the recipient uses up the actual product and seizes the container of solvent I received, the effect would be analogous to baking soda and bleach plus a pinch of fine cactus sand and good wishes not to be caught if it was used. The product in the container of the manufacturer. It is a mistake that I did not test it immediately after delivery and it is now past the return period so I would return it. A while back, I saw this item on the Home Depot website for $5 while looking for another item.
While we wait for the funds, we painted the cabinets that we already own. It worked well for removing the old sealant and grime accumulated over the years. I was sure to save some time that way! The product did not have a horribly offensive scent and was easy to use. We didn't have to perform a lot of cleanup afterward.
Cabinets in my kitchen were made from it. The primer and paint worked perfectly and I did not have to sand them down before applying them. A TSP substitute was used to clean it as well. White was painted on the cabinets, which were made of walnut shalacked wood.
This product was very odorless and worked well. Sanding was a lot less complicated and less messy than before. It does require a lot of work, but it still works! These products have been used to finish 27 cabinets, front and back, and there are still.
We bought this product hoping to skip sanding our stained trim before painting it white. We followed the directions and although it did not smell harsh or take off the finish, we observed that it did take away some of the sheen. I still think the trim that we sanded by hand with sandpaper was much easier to paint and had a much nicer, stronger finish than the trim we painted using this product alone where we experienced some peeling of the paint where it didn't stick everywhere.
The work was so fast and I loved the way my old cabinets looked The entire kitchen was able to be cleaned with only one bottle - it barely even took the whole bottle. I will use you for more projects in the future!.
As I refinished a piece of furniture that had a lot of crevices, I did not want to spend time sanding it down by hand and I bought this tool to help remove the glaze/sealer from the piece. After I scrubbed the surface, I applied a new stain over it perfectly. This DOESN'T remove the color like sanding will it just makes it easier for the stain It may not work if you're staining lighter, but it might do the trick if you're going to paint lighter. I stained a piece that was oak to mahogany - I think this method would be effective if you plan to STAIN As a whole, this is a good product and I will continue to use it for all that I do in the future.
Using this stuff was a great experience. The cabinets could be deglossed easily so the primer would stay on. It does not need to be sanded.
