The reason for three stars is that I was unable to As I cut a hole in my finger to allow me to use the tool, I also cut open my hand. There were no problems with the product. There's thick paint splatter on top of it. Once the ckean has been sitting for a few minutes, wipe it clean. I have found that it works. The floor might not have been as shiny as it once was. There was a rug on the ground.

There was an effective removal of the KILZ paint by this product. In addition, it stripped the varnish off of my hardwood floor. It was necessary for me to rewrite This product should be used on a floor that has been varnished.

The instructions are very clear on this product

I followed them to the letter. A hard wood floor was splattered with paint as I attempted to remove it using it. I got varnished and it got destroyed. It worked well on a deck that was stained. There was no stain after it was removed. Wood is not susceptible to this product as advertised and might not work as advertised on glass or cement.

This window is an original 1928! I was able to remove paint from the patterned glass! It does not require a lot of elbow grease.

I did not like it because of the thick paste and gooey texture

The wipes can be tricky to clean off while leaving no residue behind.

My steps were polyurethaned and stained. I removed them. My next step will be to refinish them. It was a blessing that I only had to use it twice.

USE THIS PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Despite all its flaws, I would give this product a 0 in all areas. STRIPPING my wood floors resulted in scratches. One minute was all I left it on It took me at most two minutes to wipe it off, and the stain on my floors was gone. Having my wood floors refinished is now on my list of things to do. USE THIS PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK!.
