I found what I was looking for right here. Even though I only needed a few of them, they are cheap enough that I didn't mind buying a bunch. Unlike ordinary paint cans, these can be easily cleaned even when the paint has dried. You can also store colors in plastic wrap by just wrapping them in it. By mixing colors on the trays, you are able to achieve an aesthetic result.
These looked like they would be a good way to allow my toddler to paint with multiple colors at once, but they are a bit too small. An older teen or adult would benefit most from these.
It was very disappointing to find out how much these trays cost. I tried to intercept them, but it A major craft store had the exact item I was looking for. We are happy with the product. I should have read that I was getting a whole package of them I thought I was getting one, but when they offered an incredibly low price for a quantity I thought they were giving me 2, it was an excellent price. It's funny, lol.
It is a plastic pallet from the mall. In essence, it does what it's supposed to it sits there so you can mix paint in it. Several of them are included in the pack, and they don't require you to brave the hobby store in the middle of the night.
These are so helpful to have, and a bit of paint in each well would be great for the kids! It is washable once you are done painting and can be reused.
