It is not my usual style to give good reviews, but this one is downgraded to totally dissatisfied from satisfied! I did not rate this item highly enough to deserve zero stars. As per our first order, the 'adjustment button' on the handle length didn't work. Amazon quickly replaced this item with a new one, and the second item worked as predicted. It is also no longer accurate to say that the similar 'quick attach/detach' button for the brush In the event of a poor design or material, the internal spring no longer operates, and the brush will no longer stay attached when the cartridge is It may be that the spring is rusted and broken, or it may be corroded and stuck, but whether the spring has broken or not, it is now useless for such an expensive pole.
