The pole is made up of telescopic aluminum tubing sections that, even when fully extended, appear to be quite sturdy. Good, secure latches that do not slip between sections. It would be electrically conductive, making it dangerous to use near power lines.
Our products, like any other cleaning accessory or even the smartphone in your pocket, are made in China. We maintain a high standard of quality and provide a three-year warranty. In the unlikely event that your high reach kit fails, you will be covered by a one-year warranty.
I believe the "Ettore 45055 Plastic Pole Adaptor Tip" will allow for the use of a tapered squeegee or window brush instead of the standard threaded end that fits paint rollers and other cleaning brushes. Window washers require a quick release, which is why the taper is used. Check to see if your accessories will work with the taper style.
The flex increases as the length of the arm is increased. It's more difficult to precisely position the tip with whatever tool is attached when it's fully extended. This is a physics issue rather than a pole failure. With a 24' paintbrush, I don't think anyone could paint effectively. This pole is excellent.

[Jan 2021] The pole is exactly what it says it is. We are pleased with the results. Sufficiently robust, with a sturdiness that is "heavier than it appears. " The pole isn't particularly 'heavy,' but it is sturdy. The following are the measurements: Full extension is approximately 24 feet as noted, with a collapsed length/height of 84" (inches). The base has an approximate diameter of 12 inches. The diameter of the small end of the pole is approximately 7/8" (inch), and the diameter of the large end is approximately 3/8" (inch). We took measurements of deflection. Total deflection with no end attachment = with base level, floor, and pole at full extension the total deflection (i. e. , handle-to-floor height vs. The height of the tip above the floor is approximately. 24 inches in length Deflection (i. e. , functional deflection) is a term used to describe , take into account the fully-functioning An extended pole can be used as a 'bow' (bow and arrow). The functional deflection is 12 inches when the base is held up at an angle in a 'bow' position. When used vertically (i. e. , in a row), Deflection/sway is determined by pressure applied at the tip (e. g. , working directly above). Pushing on a fixed object (i. e. , dusting a ceiling) results in little deflection/sway, whereas pushing on a moving object (i. e. , dusting a ceiling) results in significant deflection/sway. Deflection approaches the 12-foot mark when attempting to dislodge a stuck item. The range is 24 inches wide.
Without a doubt, it's a good investment. The quality is excellent, and the construction is sturdy. Definitely a good investment. When I go to the next Trump rally and his future rallies in 2024, this will be a great pole for me to put my American flag, my Pow Mia flag, and my Trump flag on. This is going to be extremely helpful. This is a product that I strongly recommend.
This was ordered for work use. I'm the owner of a pest control company, and I needed an extension pole that was a little longer. I liked how long it was and how simple it was to use. However, within the first month, it had completely disintegrated; I attempted to contact the company, but have received no response after more than two weeks. I'm very disappointed in you.
First and foremost - The quality and design of this pole are excellent. If you're reading this, your house is probably similar to mine - a 2- story with a walkout basement as a result, I now have a 3-star rating. Clean siding requires a third-story reach, which is well beyond the reach of pressure sprayers. Since then, I've come to the conclusion that the 32-foot ladder was a bad decision - especially with the dripping rungs and back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to scrubbing motion back and forth I considered using a high-pressure sprayer with a longer reach. You can rent these and try them out before you buy them. For water pressure and moment forces, a pole and line system, rather than sections of pipe extensions, is the best design. Over 24 feet of water weight, combined with the pressure at that length, would be difficult to lift and control, so a shoulder harness is recommended for carrying the weight. It's a costly system as well. So I went back to using a brush and a hose. Brushing the siding isn't difficult and is probably better for it in the long run. After reading bad reports, I looked at a few poles and became concerned - Pole breakage due to weight, clamp designs, and pole breakage Some of these reviews had unrealistic expectations, in my opinion. I don't believe there is such a thing as a light-weight extended pole that is perfectly rigid, but it doesn't matter. The clamp design and metal strength were important factors in my decision. There are stops to ensure that the pole is not overextended. The clamps are well-made and simple to use with a flick of the thumb, and the poles extend quickly. When fully extended, there is, of course, a bow. It will be physically difficult, and it may even damage the pole, to attempt a side to side motion with the pole fully extended. Instead, I went up and down vertically over small areas, removing the stains with plain water. I then did a 'wet and forget' method to eat the mold and mildew over time. How about weight? If you understand moment arms, you can see how difficult it is to lift a fully extended pole from the horizontal. Instead, extend vertically section by section, and weight will not be an issue. Also, using it the way I described it, with short up and down brush strokes over successive areas, isn't difficult.
On the Extend-it, I noticed a few nicks and marks. I was able to reach the telescopic pole and alerted the company. Kate offered to replace the pole after apologizing. (I've dealt with a lot of other companies that took a long time to respond or never responded at all. ) The pole is a fantastic tool. I read the Amazon reviews of many other poles before purchasing this one and noticed one significant flaw. When the poles were extended, they bent. This was not the case. At the pole's extreme lengths, there is a small amount of curvature, but not enough to bend it. I made use of the Extend- I used a reach pole to clean the siding on my second-story house, and it took me less time than ever before.
I've used it to clean gutters, paint, hang Christmas lights, and clean the roof valley. It reaches all the way to the top of my two-story home's roof and has proven to be an invaluable tool for housework. I think I was a little too enthusiastic with it the other day, and it snapped. When trying to take down Christmas lights, I basically pulled the pole extensions out of their plastic housings by pulling too hard. Apart from that, the pole has been rock solid in terms of sturdiness. br>br>I reached out to extend- To see if there was any kind of warranty, contact customer service. Unfortunately, there wasn't, but they offered to send me a replacement pole for free, which I gladly accepted. It was brand new and free when it arrived a few days later. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its product and provides excellent customer service. I'll be more cautious about getting tangled up in things and pulling too hard on the pole while it's extended in the future.
