Enforcer II Tint Meter

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS! Basically, I got a smaller version of this tint meter. The fact that I didn't realize this when I ordered it surprised me. This was the first time I tried using the included test slides and it threw an error message. As soon as I swiped it a few more times, it began working. My experience with this meter is that I used it twice on car stops. I used it twice before it stopped working. Upon replacing the battery I thought that maybe it had been dead after sitting in my duty bag for so long. One small piece of plastic fell out of it when I opened the unit (it was about an eighth inch long). The damn thing still won't work even after I replaced the battery. Assumedly, the little plastic bar went over the window as an activating switch for the meter when it was lowered down. In the next few days, I will attempt to return this junk for a refund or replacement. Upon receiving the results, I will let you know.

According to the advertisement, it works perfectly. My windows were always tinted from the factory and I always wondered how much they would have. The majority of window tint installers only have 35% and lower tints, so if the window is factory tinted, then you are over the legal limits which are 35% in Massachusetts.

There is no problem with the battery life. As of yet, hasn't died. I'm not sure how easy it will be to change them once they're gone. There are bigger ones in full size, and this is the smaller version. The measurement glass comes with the gun and always seems to be dead on. Sometimes it may be a little off, but it always seems close.
