Only one string of lights has been installed since this item arrived (about 30' with three other sets of lights yet to install), but it has not moved or sagged any. The installation of these cabinets will last a long time as long as the screws are placed in secure areas and the nuts used to secure the cable are tightened well. A few more zip ties would be nice. There was none supplied but I was able to buy some.
