The instructions only say what the hardware looks like, not how to attach it. You expect Byshun to give you three pictures, but it's simply not enough. Both my wife and I are always trying to do outside projects, but we have no idea how to attach the hardware at each end of the wire. I find that customer experience will earn you more customers based on my experience as a Customer Support Manager over a long period of time. To solve this issue, my recommendation would be to have Byshun, not other vendors or installers, provide videos on how to use It will improve your customer base in the long run. This kit came in the mail the day after I ordered it at the store. I am glad I ordered it a day before. I went up my lights a day after my first day. In the process of installing patio shade sails, I failed to install them both. cable slipped out of the clamp the first time. After a second break, the cable snapped at the point where it was passing through the metal loop that came with the set. might be putting too much tension on the cable, so I'll order a thicker cable this time.

You'll need a thick cable if you want a knowledgeable shade sail installation. If you are using the product for smaller projects, such as string lights, it should be okay.
