I collaborated with the vendor to design the ideal sign for my wedding and provided them with the necessary specifications. Not only is the sign of excellent quality, but it also includes a remote control, various plugs, and a mounting kit. In addition, the sign arrived two weeks early, which was a pleasant surprise. For my event, I'm going to order more signs. They didn't charge nearly as much as Etsy.
I spent the extra money on an RGB setup and a remote control. THE REMOTE CONTROL FAILS TO WORK. There are no instructions, and the LED controller and remote that come with it are incompatible. This item appeared to have been shipped directly from China. br>br>Buy somewhere else.
I'm a very indecisive person, so having the RGB feature and being able to choose the color was well worth the extra cost; the sign itself is a good value for the money, and the remote is easy to use. br>br>Like the other reviews have stated, shipping was extremely fast! My order arrived two weeks ahead of schedule, in a very sturdy box that had been bubble wrapped. (It was difficult to even open the box, indicating that your sign has been well protected during transit. ) )br>br>As for the seller, he was extremely responsive and accommodating to my requests! He was extremely courteous and made certain that we were on the same page. I received my custom neon sign at least two weeks ahead of schedule. It was well-wrapped and in good shape. The N number on my plane will be displayed on the sign, which will be hung above it in the airport hangar. Because of the high quality of the product and the speed with which it was delivered, I would strongly suggest this vendor.

It comes with a hanging set, so I didn't have to worry about buying anything extra to hang it up, and the remote allows you to dim the light and control the brightness, which is ideal. I got the one with the remote control that allows you to dim and change the modes - The dimming mode (the two switches on the remote that say and -) is the only issue. light) don't always work, but it works perfectly when you select the percentage of light you want (at the bottom of the remote). These guys are great. I ordered a 30" custom RGB with a custom font and they turned it out beautifully. They responded quickly with options and sizing information. The remote is fantastic - it's like having a personal assistant. On the touch pad, there are virtually infinite color shades, and the fade / brightness controls allow you to dim it while keeping it on. This is a professional shop, so it's well-made. The acrylic backing is thick and pleasant to the touch. It was also well-packaged. I'm still amazed at how many different colors this thing can go through. I am overjoyed. Thank you very much! 👍👍.
