ROTATING HEADS: Each modern brushed gold spotlight can be rotated 270 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically, allowing you to precisely direct the light where it is needed.

THE HEIGHT OF THE TRACK LIGHT CAN BE ADJUSTED: The track light has a 14-inch adjustable height. 2" in diameter and 10" tall. It also comes with an adjustable cord with a maximum hanging height of 72 inches, allowing you to use it for anything from illuminating shelves or art in your living room to lighting your kitchen island.

Is it possible to change out the bulbs?

I don't believe they can be replaced.

Is it possible to install this on a slanted ceiling?

Yes - The first few inches above the bar are fixed and cannot be adjusted on either side. On a very steeply slanted ceiling, I would not recommend this.

Is it possible to install this without the mounting plate and still have a clean look against a tin ceiling?

No, the plate is required to ensure that the lamp has a firm grip.

It's okay if it's been used as if it's brand new

The final product was even better than I had hoped for. The "Used-Items" The items marked "Like New" are in fact brand new. Furthermore, given that I paid less than $100 for this fixture, the QUALITY is hard to believe. The plastic is not flimsy, and the metal is attractive. I would strongly suggest it.

It's a minor detail. This is very attractive and appears to be exactly as described. It was also simple to set up. The only issue we had was that one of the four lights was a shade warmer than the others. It's obvious, but it's not a major issue.
