When placing your order, you must specify the length. Two of them were customized to my specifications from the four that I ordered. There wasn't a single change I made.

You must be careful not to tighten the screws too much, as that could cause the glass to I was very pleased with how the lights looked and the customer service from them

It shipped very fast (for free) despite the fact that it had been ordered The lights came with no instructions on how to assemble them, and the decorative ring (as it appears on their website) is just that - a ring. It's hard to tell if the screws are still intact if you tighten them. Don't try to tighten the screws as you would for a glass light fixture. A few of them were broken, but I was able to replace The rings are held in place by a retaining ring.
