My issue was perfectly resolved by using an OEM part
5/5

The assembly part is the same basic price as the kit, as others have stated. The original part (OEM) is exactly the same as this replacement part. The replacement is very easy. Putting the softener in bypass will prevent it from damaging the motor. You will need to loosen the knurl nut that holds the brine venturi tube in place on the old part. Remove the retaining clip on top of the old part. Be sure not to drop the two screws, when you pull out the old part Rings (for reuse - save some for replacement The use of). Assemble the new part using the new one. The problem I'm having is this As a result, my salt holding tank was too full of water because my softener was not pulling in brine water at the correct rate. After a period of time (apparently several months), the dissolved salt settled to the bottom of my aquarium. To keep my aquarium clean, I had to clean it. The salt in the brine cylinder was so thick that it was embedded in the bottom. As a result, I had to pull it out and flush water over the float valve in the bottom of the tank. You should vacuum the bottom with a shop vac in order to clean it. To diagnose the problem, I went through the manual recharge process after getting it cleaned. It was then when I found that my unit was not properly pulling the water out of the tank when it was under brine cycle. It was then that I replaced this part) and the problem was solved. Using ResCare cleaner for my resin beads has also been successful for me. Things are back to normal now. Having the old parts cleaned did not make any difference, which is why I started buying these.

Ensure you have a good connection in your tubing There is a water softener in my house I got it with my house and it did not work
5/5

While it is always full of water, the brine would never drain, so there would be no soft water produced. Following a bit of diagnostics and a complete teardown of the whole thing, I determined that the Venturi was faulty. It was not possible to attain a vacuum during brining. The Venturi gasket was missing, so I replaced it. After disintegrating in the Venturi assembly, it had become brittle and brittle. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, vacuum was generated in the venturi, but it was weak after replacement. The drain was still not working. As well, there was a whining/wistling noise. As it turned out, the tubing connection was not well sealed, and air was entering In addition to applying some grease to the gaskets and the tube connections, I am seeing my water softener draining for the first time ever. Having at least 3 years of experience This will likely take a while. I'm crossing my fingers. Now that I have soft water, I should have no issues.

Venturi assembly replacement that is identical to the original
5/5

As a replacement part for my Kenmore water softener's venturi assembly, this part was an exact match. A new one was very easy to install. The water had to be turned off to the unit, but we didn't have to. Over the course of a few weeks, my water softener was not drawing in enough brine during the cleaning cycle, so the salt tank was filling up with water. Initially I tried to clean the old assembly, but it was impossible to remove all of the tiny rubber orifices from inside. Despite the line fitting being tight, the two o-rings did not match up It appeared that none of the rings were Over the past ten years of use, I thought it is likely that the rubber orifices have deteriorated. After replacing the entire venturi assembly, it appears that the problem has been solved. Now that the unit is working again, everything is fine.

I have managed to solve my problem
5/5

In the same way as others here, my issue was that the salt tank for the softner would slowly fill up with water because not all of the brine would be sucked into the bottom during regeneration. In spite of removal and cleaning of the original assembly, I was still unable to resolve the problem. I installed the new one and the problem was fixed on the first reboot after installation. My wife and I are very satisfied.

It's cheaper to purchase one whole gasket than a few separate ones
5/5

A Venturi nozzle is an interesting topic, isn't it? Since it was cheaper to replace the whole thing than replace one or two rubber gaskets inside, I bought this unit. Exactly what I was looking for!.

It works again with the water softener
5/5

A friend of mine told me to buy this to fix my Whirlpool water softener after it was noticed water in the brine tank after the When I did some further investigating, I noticed that the gasket was worn All the parts in this assembly were cheaper or as cheap as purchasing them separately, and the installation was simpler and quicker. I've had it installed for about a month, and so far it's working fine. In case it doesn't last, I'll update.

I was satisfied with their customer service

The first assembly I received was used and did not solve In the rubber gasket, there was some wear. I was able to exchange it without charges and without any problems. As it turns out, the new assembly is actually.

We have fixed the issue with high water
5/5

As a result of this part, I resolved my high water issue with my water softener, and it is now functioning as it should. For a long time, I had to deal with the high water level and the unused salt at the bottom of the pool. To replace the two old ones, you will need two new ones If you want to install this, you will need rings. The 7342649 (7170319, WS03X10019) water softener is designed to provide o-zone treatment. 4 Pack of Ring Seal Kits (Each).
