When I contacted Amazon and their customer support, I was referred to Liquagen, or Durawater. The correct instructions were sent after I sent quite a few emails with pictures, phone calls, and messages they actually called me and I told them what was wrong before they sent it. We are ringing. It was broken in the first place, so I replaced it It continued to leak even after the ring was replaced. As soon as I received the email, I notified them. After weeks of awaiting a response, there was none. A controller redirected me and said it was a problem with the browser. He was then told that it was a We were going to discuss what was at stake, so I asked them to get together. The customer service representative finally told me that it was the tank and that it was under warranty and that I would receive a replacement if I paid shipping, approximately It had been months since I had heard from you emails had been ignored, calls had not been Just let me know how to pay so I can get this sorted out. I told them I would pay for shipping. I have yet to hear back from you after another month. The patience test was really putting me to the test. After we receive the unit, we schedule a plumber who is paid by the hour to come out, and he discovers a part is missing. Having to wait a week for a replacement, and paying additional fees for the plumber to come out again, is not a pleasant experience. It's great to hear from you, thank you!.
First of all, I would like to make it clear that I did not install this product. As my friend is a plumber, I had him do the installation since he had to do other work as well. He said the installation was very simple. The reason I got this was the failure of my HVAC system and whole-house humidifier In my local area, since the town did not test the water prior to construction my water was twice as hard, resulting in my home humidifier becoming clogged and the heat pump doing not work. We are so glad we got this softener! Before installing, my plumber told me that hard water can lead to damage to equipment, hair loss, build-up in sinks and showers, and many other issues. However, after installation, my plumber told me I would not see results many days later, yet I immediately noticed improvements. A week or so later, all the gunk buildup stopped appearing on my skin after washing. My water no longer smelled and my skin wasn't as dry after washing. My recommendation is that you should purchase this product!.

With one exception, it was easy to install following the instructions. The instructions for the setup and hookup of the brine solution tank to IX resin tank include two sets of instructions In the installation manual and the supplemental instruction insert, both were somewhat inaccurate. After struggling for too long to determine the correct instruction, I realized that the insert was much more accurate, however it still missed an important step that I needed to figure out later, and then the process went smoothly. Instead of the hour I spent trying to follow this part of the instructions exactly as written, it could have been written so much better so that it could be completed in under five minutes. The rest of the system is working fine.

It was my mistake to order a bypass and yoke that were 1 inch larger than what I needed for my plumbing which was 3/4 In order to connect the cables, I prefer not to use an adapter and would rather use a 3-4 inch flex. Would it be possible to purchase a yoke in the 34 inch size and replace the 1 inch that came with the unit and attach it to the bypass I now have? I contacted APlus Water via email and they replied immediately that they had resolved my issue. I am very satisfied with the customer service!.
The softener is very effective. To install it, however, we had to pay a plumber $800. It was necessary to completely overhaul the previous connections. This Fleck is working well for us.
