Legos are just like that. I particularly liked how easy it was to assemble and how good communication was. We are moving to a 5 acre farm where this will be my new home. In our home of 3800 square feet, there are a lot of people coming and going. This means that we have a lot of laundry, dishes, showers, washing, and of course, bathroom usage. It took me myself about two hours to do after reviewing the directions and getting help from YouTube on how to use My unit was easy to hook up and I had no trouble setting the meter. We were glad it was preloaded with the media so we didn't have to funnel it in and spend the time scrubbing up the mess. For the O rings, it is highly recommended to get plumber's grease. When you set up a meter, make sure you don't overtighten the screws. It won't be hard for you to succumb to temptation. You should not do that. In addition to hardness at 18 gpg, iron levels at 6 ppm, and rusty gunk that can clog my spin-down pre-filter, I also have a lot of iron in the water. It will take a few days for the filter to kick in. Our new 64k Iron Pro 2 water is clean, soft, and free from iron (As determined by research using Hach test kits), and we have 0 gpg hardness and 0 ppm iron. changed the two spin-down filters at the front of the house and added a big blue carbon filter at the back end just to make sure that the water was good and clean. We (retired) are the only ones using the system, and I admit that we have probably oversized by going with a 64k sized unit, but we have family visiting regularly, so for the small price increase, choosing the 64k system isn't a big deal. The quality of the product is excellent. I spent less money doing it all on my own. The installation went perfectly because I planned ahead, watched videos, worked carefully, and followed instructions carefully.

My email for a question has been answered very quickly and they have attempted to contact me several times to have the issue resolved. The answer to my question came from my own head because I was busy with work. In the event you have questions, they will be very willing to assist you. Right after I helped to install the tub, I scrubbed all the stains completely off of the sinks and everywhere else! The first time I thought of buying something like this off of Amazon, I was extremely hesitant, but I did my research and this was a great buy!.

I need customer support. When it arrived, the base was cracked, so we had to get a replacement, which they did send fairly quickly (we contacted them via Amazon I did not find the unit difficult to install, but the user manual was very vague, so novices may experience some difficulty. To figure out the meter head settings, they advised you to "go online. " It's not straight forward, and you have a lot of inaccurate, conflicting information to sift through. I was able to determine the type of turbine it was by using the video, but the flow measurement was completely off, so I found a breakdown online, identified the turbine type by looking at pictures (not by reading the documentation) and re-set the turbine type to get proper flow measurements. Putting the meter in place is also not straightforward, as I had to reset it several times when I attempted to do so. Although I have now got everything set up right, the meter will not regenerate when it gets close to the 10% safe level or even when it gets close This means that I have to run it every few days manually. There is also a problem with the brine tank, which is not being checked regularly It means "valve". In the bottom of the brine tank, there is a valve which is connected to the pick-up shaft Although I tried snapping it back together, the up tube going to the softener kept coming apart. After doing so, I "rigged" it to it that it would not do that, but it still does not fill the tank correctly, which means the valve is often The customer service department never called me back when I called several times. I need a new one, but I never got one. As long as things work properly, the unit should soften fine. Just to let you know In the homes I have been in, this is the third water softener I have installed, but it is the only one that has given me problems. If I had bought from a brick-and-mortar store I would have been better off Stores that are both online and brick-and-mortar.
