I'm sure reducers are available, but if they aren't, then no. I've also never heard of an air gap as you describe it, only a fitting under the sink for dishwasher discharge that connects to the main downpipe from one of the basins.
No, this is a surface mount design; however, there is an undermount version available.
It is necessary for you to read the specifications. They have some 16-inch sinks and some 18-inch sinks, based on what I've seen. They make it confusing by having so many and showing different ones depending on what you're looking at.
Yes, if my memory serves me correctly, there was an envelope containing everything you require. My sink is a diva, but I adore it. Pay attention to the instructions for proper care.

It's difficult to understand how this sink is still being sold as a 16 gauge sink when it's clearly an 18 gauge sink. br>br>I'll be very happy with the sink based on the price, but Amazon / seller needs to change the product description and the question and answer section needs to be updated to have the correct answer to whether this is a 16 or 18 gauge sink based on the price and going to the Kraus website. br>br>I'll be very happy with the sink based on the price, but Amazon / seller needs to change the product description and the question and answer section needs to be.
On the most visible surface of both the sink I ordered and the replacement sink, there were crooked logos etched. It would serve as a constant reminder of a poorly made imported product with poor quality control if it were to be installed. The first sink also had a crooked back corner, which would have straightened out after installation. It's worth noting that this sink's edge isn't 4-inch wide. It's just a downward flange to make it look thicker, but it's 5mm of SOLID material. As a result, the execution differs significantly from what was advertised. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product; it was not installed, and I will be returning it immediately.
I found it for the same price on Home Depot's website, which has 1147 four-and-a-half-star reviews. br>We chose Amazon because it was the quickest way to get it to us. Because there aren't many reviews on Amazon, I wanted to double-check and take note of the reviews at Home Depot. The sink is large and attractive, but it did not come with a faucet when we bought it. I believe there is a more expensive one that comes with the faucet. We also had to purchase the garbage disposal flange because it did not come with it. We paid $15 for it separately. Amazon lists it for $0. 00. The non-slip mat is included with the sink. One is the garbage disposal. br>The installation went smoothly, and we love our new sink.
), but after reading so many mixed reviews on the other stainless steel sinks I looked at, I gave up and told my husband to find one! I wasn't sure about this one when he came up with it because it appeared to be very "industrial" and unappealing. Even when it arrived, I was skeptical - It was just so boxy in appearance. Although my husband had to cut a few notches into our countertop to accommodate the installation clips (we have an old laminate countertop, so it wasn't difficult to cut with the right electric handsaw), the installation was relatively simple. The sink drains well (some other sink reviews complained about water pooling in the corners), and the scratch-protecting grids on the bottom are also attractive! I know it sounds silly, but I'm a sucker for super-hero movies. Instead of the usual sink strainers, use pretty drain covers! The faucet we bought (KRAUS Nolen Spot Free Kitchen Faucet, Stainless, Pull Down, Single Handle in all-metal finish) KPF- Brite Steel Finish 1673SFS) was the deciding factor for me, as it had simpler and cleaner lines, as well as a "softer" appearance (as opposed to the super-simple 1673SFS). hoses that are tall and have metal coils on the outside - The Kraus KPF-100, for example, is a good example of this. Bolden 1610SSCH 18-inch Stainless Steel/Chrome Kitchen Faucet). The rocker-style faucet is one of my favorites in terms of functionality. The hose retracts nicely, and the flow is virtually identical to that of my previous faucet (a Delta from 2002!). We also bought a soap dispenser (Kraus Spot Free Kitchen Soap Dispenser Boden) for the kitchen. KSD-Brite Stainless Steel Finish KSD-Brite Stainless Steel Finish KSD-Brite Stainless Steel Finish 53SFS), and I like the way it looks, but some of the reviews said it gets stuck and won't come back up - Unfortunately, they are correct. I did use some WD-40 to clean up the area. I put 40 on it (where the sliding parts are on the stem), but it didn't seem to make much of a difference, so I'm not sure why it's sticking, but I'll have to investigate further. But it doesn't always stick, so I'll have to decide whether it's worth it to put up with.
" I'm currently attempting to set up. I'll post an update once I've set it up and tried it out. br>I downloaded the installation guide from the website, but I'm missing a clip. I'm hoping that this won't affect the sink's seal. These clips must be attached before the sink can be installed. br>Sink was put in place. Because the clips were too short, we had to glue strips of wood to the underside of the counter to allow us to tighten the clips and secure the sink. It is extremely well made and a lovely addition to the kitchen in terms of sink quality. It is something I would recommend. 12/17/19 - br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> After installing and using it, I gave it a higher rating. It collects any leftover water from the sink. It doesn't drain all of it because there isn't much of a slope to the sink; it's too flat. To remove the remaining water, I will need a dish towel. 10/20/2020 - 10/20/2020 - 10/20/2020 - 10/20/2020 - 10/20/2020 - 10/20/2020 - 10 Update - It is dent resistant, according to the label. It isn't the case. I dropped a bowl on the sink's corner by accident, causing it to dent. I'm not sure how to contact the manufacturer to see what can be done. But I'll keep an eye on it.
This is a high-quality item, but it is quite large, so make sure you have enough space. In front of this new sink, there's almost no lip on my countertop. Unless you have a lot of empty space on all sides of the sink beneath it, fastening it down is a huge challenge. Also, make sure the sink is angled toward the drain rather than flush with the counter. The instructions make no mention of this. If you don't do this, the dirty water will stay in the sink forever, and you'll have to clean it constantly. ANGLE THE SINK IN THE DIRECTION OF THE DRAIN(S) OR FAUCET.
