It's well-packaged and simple to use. Once inside, it's really lovely. Cleaning is a breeze. The bottom grate is well-made and durable. The only drawback is that it came with black markings on the inside of two of the corners, which are difficult to remove. To get it to fade, I had to get a magic eraser and scrub it for a few days. Nobody else could see it, but I know it's still there because the grate doesn't hide it. I believe it will become more worn over time, but it is still a stunning sink. So far, it has proven to be durable enough to withstand a household full of busy and active children who cook and conduct 'experiments' on a daily basis, and it is excellent value for money.

This was marketed as a sink that could be installed under the counter. Now I'm being told that because it's not a true Undermount sink, I'll need to hire someone to build supports under the sink. It is not well explained in the advertising, and it is not explained at all. Since my cabinets were delayed by a few months, I still have time to return the sink and replace it with something that works better. I've been told that I'll need to put 2x4s under the sink to support it, and that it'll look terrible. This isn't the kitchen I had envisioned for my new home.

The sink is both attractive and substantial. To accommodate the sink, the cabinet will require extensive modifications.

We had a plumber and carpenter scheduled to install this item, so having to take it to UPS and ship a 100-pound sink back was a major disappointment. We were only able to get a refund because this sink is no longer available, which is very disappointing.

My sink is fantastic. One of the rubber feet on my stainless steel grids fell off and left a rust spot, so I don't recommend using them.

Let me begin by saying that we adore the size of this sink. It arrived today, but the porcelain is scratched, which is unfortunate! We are unable to return because we require the sink to complete our outdoor kitchen siding. I'm disappointed, and I'm hoping the company notices and responds with a repair offer.
