I bought this, I thought it would be useful for when my hands are dirty and I don't want to touch my faucet and potentially contaminate it. In this case, you do not have to suffer the awful aspect of stores that shut down and you can't even start. I really like the way you can turn it on without waving or all that junk. It will also stay on until you turn it off again with the sensor, If you want to change the water temperature, you need to manually do so. I usually keep mine on hot. The installation was easy and I did not experience any issues. The funny thing is I pause now when I go to other people's houses thinking their facets will turn on automatically. I'll never go back to a manual facets.

After my old, rusted one was taken care of, my handyman installed the new one in no time. The water leaks through the sides when it's closed, but it never gets to the bottom. The faucet is not touchless, but I can turn it on with the back of my hand and it works just fine. A good reach can be achieved with the hose. Because of the close proximity of my backsplash, the fact that the handles move up and down as opposed to forward and backward was important to me. My satisfaction with it is high.

I have no problems with it. It is awesome to have a sensor like this. I like the look of the product and the sensor works as expected. This cartridge fits perfectly, and I found it on Amazon for $11, and it cost me just a little over $10. At this price point, I am still very happy with my purchase.
