Despite its beauty, it is designed to last a lifetime and, because of its quality, a great deal of time can be spent on it. It was almost necessary to return the device due to one point missing in the dove installation guide. Connecting the water tube that extends through the neck with the sprayer head is the last step. An easy way to attach the device to the water supply is outlined in the instruction manual. Although nowhere does anyone mention that the cap sealing the sprayer neck has to be removed, the washers located inside must be saved for reattachment and that the water tube must be pushed through the neck so the threads can be exposed for attachment. After an additional hour of trying to get the insert out, I noticed that by pushing the tube from below that the white cap moved easily and could easily be removed with very little effort with a flat-head.

I had a plumber install it, but it's definitely a DIY job. I am very happy with the results of the It is accurate to use the sensor. The flow and pressure of the water are excellent. It appears to be made of sturdy materials. My feelings about it are positive and I have no negative comments to make. Not to mention that the faucet has an excellent price compared to similar faucets on the market.

An exact copy of the FLOW UB7000 can be found here. At my formal home I have the FLOW and at my current home I have this one. As a result, I chose this one because I thought the FLOW may be the same and it was at $250 at the time (it is typically around $150 at that time). The box that held the faucet was gray fiber, and even the packaging was the same. It is my personal preference that this version is better because the FLOW produced a lot of backspatter I found it too strong and made a mess more easily. The increased spray force of the FLOW, on the other hand, may be more appealing to some. Neither the water pressure nor the temperature in the home are a factor in this. It has been reported in many negative reviews that the FLOW unit leaks after a year, so we can't say if this unit will experience the same problem. If I run into any problems, I'll update this post.

The price of this faucet was lower than the others so I was concerned that it wouldn't work properly. It seems like everything is going well so far. It is a 5 star product, but one thing I dislike about it is that it is right where my hands are when I am washing dishes. As soon as I'm trying to rinse something or wash something, I turn off the water. To use a touchless faucet, you might need to get used to it. Not having to deal with a puddle of water from turning the faucet on and off all the time is a lot of fun (way worth it! ).

Support from the seller was good. The faucet I'm replacing was almost exactly the same as the one I purchased about a year ago here. I tried several times to plead with that seller for a replacement hose when the hose sprung a leak but was ignored. It was not possible to find a hose that had the same connector. They like to make their own connectors. As soon as it arrived I was so excited to get it installed, which is super easy, BTW, since I did it myself, but I found the hose tip broken off the box when I tried to connect it. Oh my god, that's awful. I contacted the seller who responded promptly and said that he would send a replacement box as quickly as possible. I am still waiting for the new box, which took awhile to arrive coming from China. Meanwhile, I found the broken off tip, and using super glue with baking soda, was able to glue it back on while waiting for the new box. In addition to it working flawlessly, I like that it has a much stronger and better water flow than the first one. This is a great motion detection system! You have a great style! I took away 1 star since I had to wait so long for a replacement box to arrive.

This is the biggest upgrade I have made to my kitchen, faucets usually cost 300 or more, but I paid 20 less and I am so pleased with it.

Great faucet for the price! I like what the touchless sensor does, but it can be controlled manually if need be. It was an easy installation for someone like me who has no plumbing experience. As my sink is a corner sink, I had to make some adjustments because my faucet isn't close to Measure the length of the supply lines, I needed to get an extender from my local supply store, as others have noted. Additionally, the cable path was too short for the battery pack to reach the wall, so I zip tied it to the plywood back. I notice that there is a slight reduction of water pressure over my last faucet, but not by an extreme amount. Overall, I am very pleased with it and will certainly recommend it if you plan on upgrading.
