Do not do the same. I bought this with the erroneous impression that it was a heavy duty product, only to discover that after exactly one year of light use, it is only the housing that is heavy duty. That's a heavy and substantial piece of work. It broke after 1 year after the pump's mechanism broke because it is made of thin plastic. This paper weight is too expensive to waste your money on. Buying several cheap ones and replacing them if they fail is the best route to take. It is likely that most will last a year or longer and cost considerably less than the current average. Please take my advice and avoid this product at all cost.

I jumped on this because I was so sick and tired of the other cheaper pumps not working that I got sick and tired of the more expensive pumps not working. That was a very good decision for me. While it has not been a long time since the pump has worked consistently, it has performed well. When I want to get soap, I don't have to pump it a bunch of times to get it "primed. " All you need to do is press once, and the soap will come out. Despite my experience with previous dispensers, I cannot say I had the same results with this one. My only reason for getting it was because when we upgraded our laundry room the Moen faucet came with a soap dispenser and while we were here I asked if the granite guys could drill a hole in the kitchen counter top to accommodate that. Here is what I've been trying to do Make sure the counter top is uncluttered so it looks neat and tidy. I knew when I received the soap dispenser that it was high quality as soon as I saw it. That is a very solid piece of metal, and it is rather heavy. You can use a smaller hole as long as it's 1 1/8" wide, although you could get away with a larger one. I had to replace a lot of them. It is caustic and eats them up, so soap is the answer. Unlike other water bottles, this one does not have those thin tubes that are common in other ones. The piece where the other less sturdy ones always fell off first should last much longer with this one because that was the part that fell off first on the other versions. The pump on this one is tall and long, so you will have to make sure it can be pumped if you don't have clearance above it. In my case, the overhang of the bar was slightly visible from the sink. The space provided us with enough space for refilling but we will have to be careful since this is so tall when it comes to opening it. My favorite thing about it is how simple it was whole process of installing the fan is less than five minutes, assuming you already have a hole in the wall. To tighten the other side while you hold the other, it might help to have someone hold one side. Rather than the entire top rising and falling, there is a pump knob that allows the user to adjust the height. Upgrade to my new Moen faucet and soap dispenser has been a great experience for me. Compared to my old one, this is a lot more heavy duty. There is a great deal of soap in it. Installs in a few minutes. Here it is with my Espresso sink. You can see that it matches the black stainless. This is exactly what I expected it would look like next to it dark brown tones. A huge advantage is that they are spot proof as well. Although I still think the price is high, it was the faucet I wanted and after looking at the quality I am more comfortable with it.

OK, fair warning the pump spring is a bit stiff, but the look of this thing combined with its ease of fill make it a 5 star item. There are tons of soap dispensers in the world, but 99% of the time they are What's the reason? It's a pain to refill them. It's easy to refill this one since you just pull it out of the bottle and pull the pump up. A con of doing it that way is you can't see if enough is enough since you can't see the bottle. you'll get a better sense of how much to add after some time. The first time I added, I definitely made a mess. I would definitely recommend this purchase.
