It comes in a single cartridge per order, and replacing it is very simple. The package includes one cartridge, one (pair)disposable gloves, and one removal key (which is required to remove the old one and replace it with a new one).

I have no idea. I've been using the original liquid that came with the cartridge in my urinal for well over eight months. I've never had an issue with smell or anything else, and I'm using it in a busy restaurant. Due to sluggish luquid flow, I had to replace my cartridge. The original trap liquid, at least in my case, lasted at least as long as the cartridge. I hope this has been of assistance.

To clean it out and reuse it, I used pool acid. I poured all of the nasty stuff out of the cartridge, rinsed it with water, drained as much as I could, placed it in a 5 gallon plastic bucket facing up, filled it with undiluted pool acid, waited 24 hours, then rinsed it out again. There were a lot of crystals that came out that way, and all of the stains were removed. Previously, the crystals would simply stick together inside the passages, making the passages unsightly. Now everything appears to be in order. When working with pool acid, it's obvious that safety precautions must be taken. Concrete will be etched and stained as a result of using this product. Bleach isn't supposed to work on uric acid crystals, according to what I've read.
At our observatory, we have a waterless urinal. I recently assumed responsibility for restroom maintenance and was forced to replace the Urinal Cartridge. A disposable metal wrench was included in the order I placed. I decided to order a wrench with a longer shaft so that I could remove the bolt with more torque. When a cartridge has been in place for a long time, replacing it can be difficult. (The term "long" refers to a period of time that extends well beyond a year. ) To loosen the cartridge, I recommend lightly tapping it with a small hammer. Purchase your own disposable rubber gloves, as the ones provided are inexpensive and easily ripped. Follow the instructions carefully, and if you've never done this before, I recommend watching YouTube installation videos.
I wish they were less expensive; if you ask me, the cost is a little high.
These last longer than most, and since changing these isn't fun, getting more time out of one is a good thing!.
However, these are the most cost-effective alternatives I've found. Fit well.
One of the advantages of Amazon is that we can buy one item at a time. They make you buy a case from the local plumbing store, but it's great just one at a time. This is a genuine product, not a knockoff.
Great product; going water-free was the best decision I've ever made.
