It is easy to Great! Works like a charm
5/5

This is a great product. Well done! It is very easy to install if you are a DIY-er or have basic tools and knowledge. It was so much easier to install this toilet than toilets that required breaking up concrete and taping into sewer lines in the past. During this installation, I used my jackhammer for about 1 minute but it wasn't required, just convenient for setting up the trap for the shower drain. Despite the fact that I probably bought much more than I needed, I bought the best! I am not using all of the ports, but have a shower, two sinks, and toilet with room for the washing machine that didn't need to be connected because it is connected to a good drain already, but that might change so I wanted one that had the bigger For me, having the option of hooking up the washing machine or something else is worth the extra couple hundred dollars. After spending over 30 hours researching and comparing brands, I bought the one I liked best. Both Liberty brand and Saniflo were, IMO, the best, but it came down to the cutting blade that caused me to choose Saniflo and the motor that encouraged me to select I have it installed and it is working perfectly. I used my shower for the first time yesterday. It worked perfectly and I'm happy with the results. If I were to buy it again, I would. Among the videos I found on install, I found some useful, short ones and some long ones that were simply a waste of time. So, let's keep this brief. I will recommend it for installing a full bathroom as we are very satisfied with it, and it suits our needs. A very good piece of equipment!.

The following information is important to you. A fair assessment is made. Reaction to the movie has been mixed. The tank had a crack in it when it was delivered. A new tank was sent after I called customer service. I do give them 5 stars *****. However, the pump would not work. Almost no one used the unit because it was only a couple months old. A clogged drain line or a jammed grinder on the pump is the probable cause, according to tech support. So the plumber said the drain was clear so tech support said it was necessary to dismantle the pump so they could investigate what was flushing into it and clogging it. As soon as I dismantled the pump, I noticed that there was a plastic guide at the top of the pump cover that was The factory assembly makes the most sense to me. There were fractured pieces in the pump that jammed it. The pictures I have are here. The situation is not good! For the plumber, I had to pay a few hundred dollars. Definitely not satisfied with the rating of zero The current system is working well except for the added costs.

It works well, but it's My installation has been in place for a week, and it is working fine
4/5

I know that it is working even though it is a lot louder than my sump pump. A GFCI with an audible alarm was installed in case of a power outage, and an alarm for high water was purchased It is neither very loud nor very soft, but I can hear them if I'm in the basement. The GFCI outlet was installed as the first outlet with a line in so the lights in the bathroom would not come on in case of power failure. The water tank is not going to sit well on the bowl due to the thick gasket, so it is suggested that you push down gently on it first before water gets in. The area between the gasket and the flushed area rocks if you do not use plastic shims as I did with them it's rock solid while without them it is rocking like crazy. On the back, I installed a brace for the toilet water tank because the tank sits about 4 inches away from the wall due to the pump under the tank. Putting a back against the tank would lead to it cracking. Any issues I encounter I will be sure to let you know. The extra year of warranty can be obtained by registering the product.

An extremely powerful pump, but not an easy one to maintain or service
3/5

I had to fix it seven times in the last five A pump like this was purchased for my bathroom in the basement. The amount of money that I have spent has been absurd considering There is a possibility that the case broke during shipping, but the very first time I flushed it, it clogged. The macerator was jammed when one of the internal plastic tabs broke off and fell into the hole. Plastic tabs are about 1mm thick, and I believe this motor is 1HP. It kicks like a full-grown horse, this is why the 1 HP is called that. Fortunately, my plumber and I managed to fix it together because it is almost impossible to get the lid on or off. I am a rock climber who has very strong fingers and arms. I don't like this design at all. It needs a lid that can be accessed easily with a bolt. Sure, I should have installed filters in each of the inlets, but women's hair will stop the motor from running. After you remove the hair from the motor, it will work fine, so you should try opening the box and removing the hair. blocks it, so you have to open the whole machine to get it to flow again. usually don't comb every guest's head before they shower, since there are moments when a bit too much hair from a shirt is washed into the washer and locks it, and I'm also not going to comb every guest's Although it doesn't feel great, I have opened the machine and had the block cleared out. This is fine, but the lid doesn't fit right. Since the lid will not clip onto the box, I have had to hold it in place with ratchet clamps for the past 3 years. In spite of the ratchet clamp being ready to deform the plastic, the lid clip remains loose, so I have to leave the clamp in place. Several years later, we find ourselves in the present day. The noise of the pump and the fact that I have to cover myself with whatever is in the machine to clear a jam have become familiar to my girlfriend and me. The problem is that something new happened today, which cannot be fixed. There is no way to turn off the machine. An electrical short has occurred at the switch. My work ethic is excellent. I did my entire house renovation myself, built stereos from scratch, and can solder transistors or replace circuit boards. The best part is that it's true. I have not found a supplier who sells the rubber membrane, the switch, or the clamp within 100 miles of me. These products are available on a website that I found An inexpensive rubber gasket would cost $40? However, there is a separate clip to buy? The purpose of all this is to determine whether it is a board shorting out, or a switch shorting out. This may be entirely different from what you had in mind. A $1300 toilet that is insanely hard to service cannot be sold to me and then I am expected to pay $40 and wait 10 days for a rubber gasket that may or may not fix my issue. In addition to brand name prices, brand name access to parts and service should also be available. After almost spending an hour looking for different switches and gaskets on some canadian website to see if one of them could fix my problem, I decided to buy an off brand 700 watt sewage pump I found with Amazon Prime. Saniflo has cost me far too much money and energy trying to create a pump that suits my needs that I am willing to trust their products. When the new Chinese pump arrives in 2 days, I will have a review for you all.

The basement is the perfect place to put this
5/5

Our kids always have sleepovers at the house, so we decided to add a full bathroom to the basement so we won't have to hear them all night walking up and down the stairs. This toilet has been in our family for over 2 years and has never given us a problem. expected, the pump is quite loud, but it also works very well. Neither backed up nor backed up once. In addition to putting our descaler into the unit every six months, it is the only thing we ensure to do. This Saniflo SaniBest Pro is highly recommended. Adding a bathroom to a basement will add value to your home and make it more valuable.
