I kept having a problem with my seat coming loose and could not tighten the plastic nut to make it tight. It fell into the back of the toilet mold and I have not found it. If you have ever had to tighten or replace them in the corner of a camper, it is almost impossible to get your fingers, let alone a wrench on the top of the molded area, and my fingers sometimes fail to work properly. As a result, the job was made a lot easier, and I could reach them to hold and tighten as needed.
