Kingston did not reply to my inquiry for assistance when I attempted to install a ring as the ring I have found is not big enough. I am running out of water in the drain recess. Part of the tub should come with it! I believe it is at least a two-man job to move the tub - it is heavy, bulky, and cumbersome. This is particularly true in close quarters. Getting it level is made easier with a foot that can be adjusted. Before you seal everything up, test it with water to ensure that it is working as it should. The tub's finish had two tiny marks/scratches/holes that I noticed after it was installed and when I was cleaning it up. My lack of inspection makes me ask you to inspect the finish before installation. I have to admit that I did not check the finish prior to installation with a critical eye. There is no way that you will want to take out the tub once it has been installed. I love how the tub is a soaker's dream despite a few issues. Moreover, I turned my overfill fitting upside down so that more water could be absorbed. The younger types may need steps to get in and out of it, while the older ones may need grab bars to get in or out of it There is more height to the sides than you'd expect. Additionally, keep in mind that if the width of your bathroom is the same as the width of your tub, you will need to cut out walls to make room for it! You'll love it!.
I enjoy this tub a lot. You did a great job. In contrast to a typical bathtub, this one has a very sleek look thanks to its sharp edges. There is a lot of depth in the tub.
As a first-time buyer, I was apprehensive about buying it without seeing it, but so far it has lived up to expectations. This is an easy to clean material. One negative is that, before it even got used, there were a few thin but barely visible scratches. Unless you use windex to clean them, they are only visible. My overall satisfaction with this purchase is very high!.
My tub was very sturdy and it was deeper than the average tub, which was very nice. Also, I was surprised that I was able to get two day delivery for such a large tub.
It has a lot of depth. If you are installing the tub, read the instructions carefully as mortar will need to be used under it. The drain that it recommends can be ordered online.
May 2020, I purchased this item. It has just been taken out of its On the tub, there are two areas that have been damaged. Having a conversation with the company on I am not sure how the call will pan out.
My favorite part of this tub is the lid. This is a perfect fit. Working with them has been a breeze. It is a product I would purchase.
