It seems like there are drainage issues

I have not yet been able to use the tub, even though it looks great. Initially, the connection that came with the unit was faulty and leaking, so Woodbridge sent me a replacement part. Now that it's not leaking any more, the hose that comes with it is too long and It appears the hose is the problem after I had two plumbers examine it. It is not easy to buy the hose at local stores, even in plumbing shops. My tub still needs to be connected, but I want another option.

I am a very tall woman (5'10") and he is 6'2". Our long legs were concerned it wouldn't be big enough, but I have no problem sitting down with my legs out straight and the back of my chair in line with a wall I can. My husband can, too. I wouldn't want it to be any shorter, so if you're taller or longer I would suggest a bigger or longer Overall, it is a great product, and we've had no problems!.

Comparing to a Kohler Freestanding machine that costs $3500 or more, this was extremely good quality. I found that the Woodbridge hot tub at $800 was a great value, as it represented a 75 percent saving.
