With the exception of the tile and the toilet, I bought almost the entire bathroom online. Our satisfaction with this tub is based on its quality, appearance, and finish. I was able to order and have it delivered easily and was even helped up into my garage by the delivery personnel. Curbside delivery did not have to be done. As a temporary fix for the floor, our contractor applied a bead of clear caulk to it. The house looks fantastic, and I'm 100% confident that it will last for many.

Okay so the first tub was smashed all around the rim and I was truly worried that we would have difficulty finding another in good condition. Due to the ridiculous fact that it was delivered to cities across the US, I wasn't surprised to find it heavily damaged upon arrival. A simple call to Amazon took care of the problem and a new one was sent shortly after. I was surprised to find that it was much lighter than I expected and that it was easy to move We previously owned a big jetted tub, but this replacement was beautiful and so much more comfortable. Water does not stay in the tub well because the drain stopper that came with it did not hold it. Instead of a rubber stopper, we are using a rubber drain stopper. I love this tub except for that minor issue We loved the shape and the size. I definitely would order from them.
