We purchased this head to replace the head on our large master shower that was installed by a Delta Ara. In this new house, there are 4 bathrooms all with Delta Ara Brilliance Stainless appliances. I would like to start by saying the following about Those with hard water need to be careful! Until we got our softener, the fixtures that we used the most frequently were stained/etched permanently. I am honestly surprised to find such a cheap product from Delta which is rated well and so well reviewed. I am unable to reassemble the item because it came apart to the point where it could not be fixed If you don't attach the front plate, the plastic hinges will not all put on at the same time. This means it will not stay However, we will still try to contact customer service to have it replaced since it is now past the return policy. Although it is understandable that making it out of metal would make it too heavy, it could have been better done. It's like a cheap shower head you can get for $10. I have never seen a better shower head on the market than this one. It directs the water right to your body, not all over the walls and the The effect is very calming. This is a book I recommend highly.
