Swiss Madison Well Made Forever SM-CS771 Claire 24" Console Sink, Glossy White

This sink is lovely, but I wish someone had reviewed it before I bought it, so I'll write one now. To begin with, the sink basin reads "Swiss Madison. " That kind of branding irritates me. Second, there is no drain kit included. The drain appears to be hidden in the sink basin or something in the photo. Wrong. It will be necessary to expose the drain, which should be done in the photo. This DOES NOT COME READY TO INSTALL unless your existing drain is in good shape and ready to be exposed to the elements, which ours was not. Another $200 was spent on a new, more aesthetically pleasing drain kit. We had to hire a plumber to install it, which added another $900 to the bill! You may believe you are saving money, but in the end, I wish I had known the cost of installing this sink; I would have chosen a different option.

After nearly giving up, I came across this fantastic little sink with the cutest black legs for a fantastic price! I love how it looks in the house and would highly recommend it. One thing to keep in mind: It doesn't come with all of the plumbing tools you'll need for under the sink, so make sure you get black ones instead of chrome ones like our plumber did. Five out of five stars!.

You get what you pay for, I suppose. I wasn't expecting a super high-end sink, but I did expect it to be leak-free. br>br>I received this sink on time, and upon opening the box, everything appeared to be in good working order. For about 5 weeks, we kept the sink in its box in the garage while we prepared the space for it and installed it. When the sink was installed, it was discovered that the sink base itself was leaking. Under the sink, there is a small indentation/crack that leaks whenever the water is turned on. Because the sink was well packaged, this does not appear to be a shipping defect. It appears to be a manufacturing flaw that was allowed to be released in this condition. We're very disappointed, and there's no way to return it because it's been over 30 days since we bought it. br>br>Quality is a buyer's beware situation.

If the legs are matte black, it's safe to assume that the faucet will be as well. Right? So why isn't a black matte overflow cap included with the sink with black matte legs? It doesn't make any sense. Aside from that, it's a lovely sink with a lot of appeal.

The only issue is ensuring that the drain is properly sealed. I adore everything about it. The drain is a little difficult to seal properly, but other than that, I have no complaints and would highly recommend it.

It doesn't seem to fit. Although the product appears to be of good quality, nothing appears to fit properly. The front bar is too long, and the wall braces are too short; however, I'm hoping to send it back and give it another chance.
